This piece is a dynamic abstract composition that merges both geometric and organic elements. The interplay between these contrasting forms creates a visual sense of layered depth, inviting the viewer to explore the painting’s multiple dimensions. The layering effect adds richness and complexity to the composition, making it feel as though different planes are interacting with one another.
While creating this artwork, the goal was to visually connect the softness of pink—spread across the canvas like delicate flower petals—with the strong, static black shapes. The contrast between the flowing, organic nature of the pink and the bold rigidity of the black creates a harmonious tension, almost as if two worlds are being brought together within the same visual space.
The soft pinks, with their fluidity, evoke a sense of warmth and delicacy, while the solid black shapes anchor the composition with strength and stability. This contrast symbolizes the balance between opposing forces.
