The artwork started as a sketch in my notebook and even after painting for a long time didn't have a title at all. 
The composition consists of two similar sets of elements (top and bottom) arranged in different configurations, which to me represents the concept of change. It reflects how, despite being fundamentally the same, we all evolve over time.
The artwork exhibited during various exhibitions is London such as “Life without buildings “ organized by Kensington and Chelsea art week, “WOM exhibition” in Coopeland park Gallery, or “Summer art Show “ by Chelsea art Society.
